Grossbusters Carpet Cleaning was founded in 2010 right here in Olympia, WA with a simple goal: to deliver the most outstanding service experience ever.

What started as a single truck, a portable machine, and a lot of determination has grown into a trusted local business serving homeowners and businesses throughout the area. While the equipment and tools have improved over the years, the mission has stayed the same: do the job right, treat people well, and stand behind the work.

How It All Started

Like many small businesses, Grossbusters started small.

Back in 2010, everything operated out of a lifted Toyota Tacoma; hoses, tools, and a portable extractor packed in wherever they would fit. It wasn’t fancy (it was actually a hassle), but it got the job done.

As the business grew through word of mouth and repeat customers, so did the equipment. The upgrade to a dedicated service truck and professional truck-mounted system allowed for deeper cleaning, faster dry times, and better overall results.

Today, Grossbusters uses specialized tools like CRB machines, Rotovac equipment, and professional-grade extraction systems to deliver the kind of clean that simply isn’t possible with basic methods.
